Here are a few FAQs you can use!


Placing your order is super easy!

  • To purchase online, find your product, choose your color, upload custom artwork, choose quantity, add to cart, and checkout. There is a live artwork view on each product or Opt for an emailed proof, or artwork help upon checkout.
  • To order by phone with a friendly human, call Studio Image at 512-279-1467.

You got it. Simply contact us. If sending an email, please include your artwork so that your quote can be as accurate as possible.

Once we receive your request, the Studio Image team will verify product availability, pricing and production time. Depending on your unique request, this process could take 24-48 hours — or, in rare cases, a bit longer.

When your quote is ready, we’ll send a link via email. The link opens the quote online and to place your order, click the blue “Approve” button. Once approved a payment link will become available in the quote and a payment request emailed.

Please note: final pricing may vary if you did not provide artwork in the initial quote request. Should this occur, you will be notified before moving into production. 

Absolutely — we will do our best to accommodate you. 

  • If you are ordering online, please provide the rush request in the additional comments section. 
  • If you are requesting a quote, please include the rush service details.

Note: Rush production or expedited shipping fees may apply. Studio Image will notify you of any additional charges and verify dates before we confirm the order.

Yes, we are happy to help. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

Your order can be canceled at any time before you approve the visual proof. Once your order has been sent into production or production has been completed with your custom request, the order cannot be canceled.


We work with a number of different suppliers, and sometimes high-demand products will be out of stock. 

  • To confirm product availability, simply contact us. Please reference the product number in your email or have it handy when you call. 
  • If an item is out of stock when we receive your order or quote request, the Studio Image team will call you right away with some cool alternative options.

In every product listing, you’ll see standard minimum and maximum quantities.

  • Want fewer than the standard minimum? We may be able to accommodate you. Give us a shout.  Note: Additional fees will apply and vary according to the product. 
  • Want more than the standard max? No problem! We can even offer discounted pricing. Please contact us for a quote so we can give you the discount.

In a few instances, you may only be able to purchase a specific quantity. Some items may require you purchase a certain set quantity. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Yep! No problem and no extra charge. Go ahead and contact us so we can help put your order together. In certain cases, additional fees or minimum quantities per color may apply.

Yes, we do. Because there is no printing involved, blank products ship quickly and you won’t pay any setup or run charges. 

To order blank products, please contact us. Your blank product order will typically ship 24-48 hours after payment approval.

Very rarely in the production process, the number of items produced is higher (overrun) or lower (underrun) than the number you ordered. In the event of an overrun, Studio Image will only charge you for the quantity you ordered. In the case of an underrun, Studio Image will only charge you for the number of products delivered.

Sure does! All prices include printing or decoration costs where applicable. 

We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped to Texas. Customers within other states may be required to remit taxes. If you are a tax-exempt company, please provide your resale certificate.


Single location 

  • Standard UPS, Fedex or USPS shipping
  • $40 per order

Single location 

  • Expedited UPS, Fedex or USPS shipping 
  • Possible RUSH charges and additional shipping fees 

Multiple locations (Split Shipping) 

  • $5 per additional address, plus any expedited shipping fees incurred 

If you need to upgrade to a faster delivery speed, contact us ASAP.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may encounter.

Yes — Studio Image charges just $5 per additional address, plus any expedited shipping fees incurred. 

Split shipping requests must be made with the original order or quote request. Here’s what to do: Detail your shipping requests on a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. 

  • If you’re requesting a quote or ordering via email, simply mention split shipping and attach the details.  (You can also include shipping account numbers at this time.) 
  • If you’re ordering online, send the shipping information via email after your order is confirmed.

After production is completed, we will ship your order within 1–2 business days and email the  tracking information right to you. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may encounter.

Unforeseen events such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or other acts of nature are beyond our control. We prioritize safety and contingency planning, but understand that circumstances may arise that impact our ability to fulfill orders or meet deadlines. Our commitment is to transparently communicate and work diligently to mitigate any effects on our services


Payment is due as soon as you confirm your order. (In fact, Studio Image will not process your order without authorized payment.)

  • Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards 
  • Money orders
  • Secure wire transfers. 
  • Personal or business checks made payable to Studio Image Promotions (please include your invoice number on the check)
  • Purchase order or terms (approved accounts only — see below)

Your order will not be processed until payment has cleared. If your payment method is declined, we will notify you immediately so you can provide an acceptable alternative payment method.

Yes, this site is secured by Shopify and our email payments are secured online through Stripe. We never see and never save your credit card information.

Studio Image only accepts purchase orders or payment terms from approved accounts. All purchase orders must have all order details, payment terms and signed authorization. For more information or to secure account approval, please contact us.

All checks returned to Studio Image for insufficient funds will incur a $50 returned check fee.
